This week Warren Buffet released the annual letter for Berkshire Hathaway shareholders. The report other than performance metrics, as usual expresses his disdain for accounting gimmicks and the much loved Wall Street concept of "adjusted EBITDA".

What Bernstein Red-flagged with Regard to Reliance Jio

 

According to analysts at Sanford C. Bernstein, Reliance Jio could lose as much as $2.1bn this FY.

 

The research firm alleges that Jio's numbers are dressed up thanks to "non standard" depreciation metrics and handset subsidies sitting elsewhere.
